Thank you for shopping with Maximum Velocity Athletics. Below is our detailed shipping policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Where We Ship

We currently only ship within the United States, including all 50 states and the District of Columbia. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or ship to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  1. Standard Shipping (3-8 business days): Orders 0lb–1lb- $6.90; Orders 2lb–5lb- $9.90; Orders 6lb–50lb- $19.90
  2. Economy: 5 to 8 business days • Orders $50.00 and up- FREE

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather events.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday).
  • Orders placed after 3 PM ET or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
  • Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier first.
  • If you still need help, reach out to us at jeremyfischer@mvatraining.net within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery but will do our best to assist you.
